Terms and Conditions
Reservation and Payment:
A deposit of $500 is required to secure your reservation. If your trip is departing within 60 days then full payment is required to secure your reservation. Payment methods accepted include check, money order, or PayPal deposit. Final payment in full must be made 60 days prior to departure or there will be a late payment fee of $50 added onto your account. In some cases you may be denied access to the trip if the tour is fully booked.
Cancellation and Refunds:
If you must cancel your reservation you must do so in writing. A minimum cancellation fee of $150 will be deducted from your refund. The penalties for cancelling are listed below.

Health and Fitness:
You must be in good physical, mental, and emotional condition to participate in any tours operated by Finish Line Cycling. It is your responsibility to see your doctor prior to departure with any concerns regarding your trip. Finish Line Cycling is not responsible for any medical treatment you may need during your tour. A list of all medications you are taking should be provided to Finish Line Cycling before and during your trip. Our sign up form will conveniently allow you to list this and other important information
Responsibility:
The responsibility of Finish Line Cycling and it’s affiliated companies is strictly limited. The company uses outside vendors, suppliers, and contractors to operate their trips. Finish Line Cycling is not responsible for any negligent act by any supplier or third party. Our release and waiver are available in PDF format.
